SERVEBANK Real Estate Team (SRT) is involved in the acquisition, development, subdivision and sale of affordable housing lots to assist the growing housing needs of the lower and middle income families. SRT has also partnered with experienced and qualified architects, interior designers and contractors to provide design and construction services to these home buyers. This will enable SRT to focus more on its core business of securing housing lots in good locations, manage more projects, maintain low fixed overheads and higher returns from its projects.

Target Market

We will focus on the low-end to mid-range markets with a huge housing need and current deficit of between 4 million to 6 million units. We are coming into the industry with a business concept of helping people to afford their homes. We want to be known as a company that has the interest of the people at heart.

These numbers are expected grow further in tandem with the population growth. From 1960 to 2022, the population of the Philippines increased from 26.27 million to 115.56 million people. This is a growth of 339.9 percent in 62 years. (source World Data).

Competitive Advantage

  1. We focus on securing quality lands at good prices and outsource other services to our strategic partners or associates. This has enabled us to keep our overheads low, offer our lands at competitive prices, while earning good returns.
  2. We focus on the preferred housing and needs of the millions of the lower- and middle-income groups. The current housing deficit and backlog in the whole country was estimated at between 4 to 6.5 million units.
  3. We focus on low-end to mid-range markets in regions near Metro Manila, such as Cavite, Batangas, and Laguna Provinces, which has the highest market demands and returns for our home buyers.
  4. We have built a considerable network with many social enterprises, and community, faith based and non-governmental organizations with combined memberships of over 500,000 individuals across 10 countries, through the active involvement of our Chairman and management team in various community projects for the past 20 years.
