September 26, 2022 – BNCM and SERVEBANK announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement to provide Consultancy Services to UCAP Network. The Consultancy services shall include the registration of Regulation A, listings on the OTC and or NASDAQ Markets, investor relations, and quarterly and annual compliance for UCAP Network (UCAP).

BNCM and SERVEBANK will work with registered securities attorney, accountant, and other qualified parties in the United States to provide the Consultancy Services for UCAP as stated above.

UCAP started as a network of Filipino Christian artists and musicians that aims to unite Filipinos of every art and of all denominations, create influence, provide worship and contemporary materials, and lead the Philippines towards a lifestyle of worship.

UCAP currently has have 12 upcoming concerts in the next 12 months in the Philippines. UCAP will now embark on its expansion plans of conducting concerts, events, exhibitions, and seminars across the country and overseas, in partnership with BNCM and SERVEBANK.
